This restaurant is actually named Taco Salsa, and it's a fantastic place to grab a meal!

This is one of my favorite places to get tacos! The pollo asado tacos and chips are amazing. I always make sure to order at least one barbacoa mulita when I visit. Ricardo was one of the first people I saw when I came here, and he was so friendly. Be sure to tip him well when you stop by.

Went here every Tuesday back when I ran this city as a delivery route when I worked for Viking freight back in the late 1990’s. I got two shredded beef tacos on corn and two shredded chicken tacos “on white” which is a unique specialty here, fine crispy flour tortilla instead of crispy corn yummy! You can get any taco “on white” for .25 cents more. Hot sauce very good. Inside dining area was still closed but drive through available. This is a “Must stop” when I visit Pueblo Colorado. They do have a “taco Tuesday special also.
