This is a great place. Our go to place for steak, seafood, chicken, and burgers. Brenda is the manager and takes customer service to another level.Sit at the bar. The best bartenders ever. They can make anything and their service is unmatched.You pay for what you get. Never a bad meal. Everything hot and fresh. Fantastic.

It was my best friends birthday. She drove all the way from Cape Coral just to come here today. It was awesome like always! Like I always tell everyone, Fleming's and Conroy's in Sarasota ain't got nothing on them!!! Plus, they even wrote her an engraved Happy Birthday by hand lava cake with whipped cream. Top notch!!! Wheelchair accessibility: They care and make it ADA friendly.

If you want first class dining in port charlotte, this is THE place. Food was perfection. My husband loves lamb and I hate it. He ordered it, and I had a bite. It was delicious. Was mild and tender. Frog leg appetizer was excellent and my petite filet was the best ever. Excellent service.

We went there last night, our server Austin, talked us through the menu and wine list. I ended up having the 32oz Tomahawk steak with garlic mushrooms and fries, my wife had blackened Mahi Mahi and Hassleback potato.i have to say, this was THE best steak that i have ever had!! Forget that it looked like something from a Flintstone movie, forget that everyone else in the restaurant gasped when it was brought out, this was a well presented, well cooked, juicy, tender piece of meat heaven!!Austin was a great guy, the restaurant was very welcoming, and i can not recommend it highly enough.Thank you all at Prime for making my birthday meal unforgettable!

Came here for my wife’s father birthday. We had a horrible experience. My wife has food allergies so had to change her order around a few times to get somthing that was safe for her to eat. Her food came out and there was butter in her side dish after we where assured is was safe. The server was apologetic and did ask if she could bring something else out after she was having a reaction to the dairy. The manager did come out after we paid and asked if there was anything he could do. We aren’t the type of people to demand a compt meal but in this case it should have been.As business owners we understand it’s good business to keep repeat clients happy. I also had to order my drink 3 times it finally came out about 5 mins before the meal did. Very bad customer service. We will not be going back out of principal. Dietary restrictions: Kitchen staff and management not competent enough to cater to dietary needs.
