I came through this Starbucks drive-through at about 6:25 in the morning on Wednesday and ordered a large ice water ..As I was approaching the window they didn’t understand what type of water I wanted when I simply said, I wanted freeze dried strawberries inside. Walking in to see my order siting but yet the employee made me wait no joke 10 minutes to bag it up. What kinda service is this

I mentioned I was in a hurry for work since the employee held up the line socializing with the customer in front of me for over 10 minutes. The older gentleman who was waiting on me, said “don’t tell me you’re in a hurry in my drive thru.” I am a doctor in the emergency room who is on call. I don’t appreciate being treated that way when lives are on the line and I wanted a simple ice water, and I never got my drink. This sorry man needs a new job or retirement. Do better.
Absolutely every member of this team seems genuinely committed to the customer experience. Everyone is extremely nice and I’ve never had a bad experience in the store.
My order wasn’t ready until 13 minutes after the expected timeframe on the app. Sadly, this is normal for this location. I’m not sure why ALL the other locations seem to run fine except this one.
