I regret to say that I had a negative experience with the cancellation policies at this restaurant. I sent an email requesting to cancel my reservation, but was later informed that it had not been received. I was blamed for not receiving a confirmation email in return. Apparently, they require a response to confirm cancellations. This caused a lot of frustration for me, as I cannot afford to pay for two hotel rooms i... View all feedback.

The restaurant is located in a beautiful property with a nice, simple, and clean room. The staff is friendly and provides good service. It is a great option for those looking to stay near Crater Lake. We enjoyed having breakfast at the diner next door and appreciated the recommended photos of Mill Creek Inn and the giant boulders.

I recommend ensuring clear communication with the restaurant before making a reservation.
We stayed in Zane Grey's room. It had a nice shower. The rooms are typically small for an historic B&B. The furnishings were lovely and interesting. The history of the building is also very interesting. The Inn keepers were available, living on property. We had two breakfasts, which were hearty and tasty. Loved the entire experience.
The hosts were fantastic! 4 waterfalls within minutes of the hotel were an unexpected pleasure. The food is terrific. Historic hotel from 1980. Convenience store and gas in town. 40 minutes from Crater Lake NP.
