The best sfogliatelle in the region. Come and enjoy in the morning while still warm. They are just sublime. The puff pastry is very crunchy and light, and the ricotta and lemon cream is to die for It's really delicious. However, I ate on a corner of the table, not served, and I waited on the terrace for the waiter for a cappuccino which never came. So the service on the terrace still needs to be improved. What Josephine vom Scheidt doesn't like about Roma:
For simply expressing displeasure at not having found their specialty, the language of Procida, the staff felt they had to comment on my request as soon as I turned to look elsewhere. Completely unmotivated dislike and rudeness View all feedback.

We arrived in early off the ferry in the midst of rain wanting to take shelter and find a loo we decided to have a coffee here after reading some of the reviews stating that they serve good coffee.. Yes it was a very popular cafe with the locals and I have read so many reviews that mention the owners staff can be rude but I work on the principle to be happy anyway enter with a smile shout out buongiorno try act like I know what I there for her amongst them smile at them and presto I get a good response So I found the staff to be friendly helpful a good toilet was on offer and that’s important for me We had a fantastic coffee and pastry this morning so went back later in the afternoon for more refreshments before catching the ferry back to Sorrento So we had a lovely experience here and from what I saw this afternoon many enjoying their aperols aperitifs alike Yes the tables may have crumbs on them and a bit of disorganisation but they are a very busy popular cafe with the locals and that speaks volumes in my book .. So enjoy a cuppa pastry next time in Procida with a friendly smile

Locally located in a central position, in the port of Procida. We had two cappuccinos and two ox tongues given the reputation of the pastry bar, however we have eaten much better ones in other bars on the island. The biggest flaw is the inadequate welcome, you enter the bar and they don't even look at you to make you order.
