McDonald's - Prince Rupert

I really enjoy the service at your restaurant. The staff is very friendly and the food is delicious.

I am extremely frustrated at the moment. I went to McDonald's to order dinner - 6 meals and some extra burgers. When I got home, I realized once again that they had forgotten to include one of the double burgers.

I often find that my order is not prepared correctly at this restaurant. During my most recent visit, I went through the drive-thru and ordered two iced coffees with two shots of espresso and half the cream. Unfortunately, when we received our order...

It seems there's always a waiting line for the food after you've paid! And that's the Drive thru and inside as well... frustrating for fast food...

Every year at this time and through out the summer - this location doesn't have ice cream so therefore, no milk shakes, flurries, ice cream cones, etc. And this lasts for weeks at a time. It is very frustrating to go through the drive through or walk in just to see signs everywhere - No Ice Cream! Not a great way to keep customers. Thank goodness there is downtown business that has come out with ice cream and therefore McDonalds you will be losing customers for the long term.
