Chances Keno Cafe is a cute little snack kiosk just adjacent to the BINGO playing area in Chances Casino, Prince Rupert. While it does offer your standard "junk food" fare like pop, chips and candy bars, it also has more substantive items such as the "Bingo Burger," Chili, pizza by the slice, onion rings and hot dogs. . . now that I think about it, those latter items are just as much junk food!
