Black Donkey Cafe - Prince George

We found this one on TripAdvisor looking for a nice location for lunch. The food was amazing! Mostly we don't get our kids (2 and 3) to eat much but the chicken cranberry panini scored pretty well with them. We also had a vegi wrap and a hot beef sandwich with gravy. Supertasty! I would definitely recommend going to this place. They also have great coffee, tea and pie.

I'd much rather support a small local business than say Starbucks down the street. This small cafe/coffee house has indoor and outdoor seating, funky black lights at night, and a range of teas and coffees. Didn't have any food but lots on offer in the deli case. Guy working late nights was friendly. Loved that I could walk from my hotel at night and find something still open!

I sometimes go here with my friend. We listen to music and play games. They have many activities to do well you enjoy listening to live music. The food is pretty good. I love the London Fog and their cookies. Reasonably priced. Friendly people.

Relaxing atmosphere. Great food. Reasonable prices. We enjoyed watching other patrons play games and chat. Definitely a place to return to.

The food is great, and the coffee is served fresh. It gets very busy for the lunch rush, but it was worth the wait. It has a quirky vibe and was quite enjoyable.
