We visited this restaurant twice and had a fantastic experience both times. The food was excellent, delicious, and high-quality, the atmosphere was great, and the staff was welcoming. We highly recommend this place. Our children loved the kids' meals, which were generous portions. Our daughter finished all her food both times we were here and even praised it (she is 5 but has good taste). I had the Philly cheeseburge... View all feedback.
Never a bad eating from here. Friday night tee most weeks. enjoy the diligent on the fish before, battery from other shops was greasy and I was uncomfortable, so don't return any problems here
Dine-in meal type: Other. Cost per person ranges from £1 to £10.
I had the Philly cheeseburger today and it was the best burger I have ever had, I couldn't fault it at all! For dessert, we tried the millionaire caramel shortbread cheesecake and we all agreed it was one of the best desserts we've ever had. Big shoutout to the staff at the village inn, you do an amazing job!
We have dined at this restaurant four times and each time the food has been excellent. The portions are generous, the staff is friendly, and with the recent update there is now more space for those who just want to enjoy a drink. Overall, a vast improvement from before.
The staff at this restaurant is friendly, providing good and timely service. The food was hot and tasty. I ordered the Philly cheese steak sandwich, which came in a large portion. The only downside for me was that the meat was not seasoned well (I had to add salt to each bite, and I don't usually eat much salt). The chips were hot and crispy, the salad was fresh but lacked dressing - perhaps a simple olive mixture would be a good suggestion. My dining companion ordered the steak and ale pie, which was also served really hot and in a good portion size. He mentioned that it was one of the best steak and ale pies he had in a long time. We were too full to have tea after the meal.
