Ll Ghiotto - PRAIA A MARE

Primo piatto eccellente, fritture buone, personale gentile e cortese, vero professionista della ristorazione. Consigliato.

Came back to this little gem after a while on the 5th of August and, with no surprise, our food was as great as I remembered. A new dining area is now up just across the road, some little changes to the menu and the look of the restaurant but the quality, the taste and the kindness of the staff hasn’t changed at all. We were a party of 6 ordering different dishes in order to share the whole and the way the waiter has dealt with an extreme complicated order was absolutely incredible. The dishes came out almost at the same time so we could enjoy our dinner together, we all loved this. The food was to die for, generous portions which has allowed us to easily share all of it. The fusilli with porcini mushrooms and clams was PERFECTION on a plate, the smell was out of this world. We also shared the traditional Frittura with seafood and again, a super good dish. My only regret has been having my phone out of battery hence I hadn’t been able to take any picture to share in the platform. A lovely evening accompanied by the most amazing food. The fish is well prepared and very very good. The waiter is so kind and advices us about the dinner. If you are in Praia, stop here :

Whilst not everything on their menu is amazing, their gnocci is definitely the best I have ever had. Their kebabs are also outstanding but I'd say stick to these dishes (and the seafood) mainly. I think the quality of food isn't as consistent as it should be but the menu is very vast.

Ristorante nel centro della città, una vera scoperta. Cibo delizioso, servizio eccellente. Siamo completamente soddisfatti.
