Bernard Pub - Prague

Best meal we had in Prague and at a reasonable price with very friendly staff. I ordered the traditional Czech dish of breaded camenbert with cranberry sauce and chunky chips. Really tasty! The rotating toilet seat in the bathroom was strange and entertaining...!

I love this place, and not only because of good food and amazing burgers, but because the customer service is probably the best in whole Andel and Prague. All the waiters are great, but especially a guy name Zdenek, if I am correct. I have been here couple of times with colleagues for lunch and dinners and this guy is just great, patient, polite, attentive and even checks back if food is good, which is really rare here in Prague. I worked as a waitress myself in UK for almost 4 years in a high standard restaurant, and this guy it just exceeding all the expectations and standards. Well done!!

It's nice to find some place in center of Prague, where isn't only Pilsner Urquell. And here it is. Bernard is very good Czech brewery. They have a few very tasteful types of beer. And some of them are non-alcoholic and still taste wonderfully. Recommended for visit if you are beer lover.

The whole range of very good Bernard beer. Kitchen is above average in such places.

Pork steak with green beans and bacon was very good. Service was nice and very fast. I asked if I could have the meal without potatoes, they added extra beans and bacon without me asking for it :
