While the coffee was average and the milk too hot, the annoyance came from the barista not cleaning the froth nozzle, affecting the taste. However, despite the shortcomings, this place offers a decent breakfast deal with good coffee and a pleasant chai latte experience. With outdoor seating for people-watching, it seems to have a solid star rating on Google. Overall, a mixed bag with room for improvement.

Saw this tiny coffee shop ( more like cafe, because they Di limited option if dinner too) after dinner. The establishment was empty, no one at the shop around 8.30 pm. I ordered picollo as usual, and the price was $3.50. Standard price around the city and surrounding. Coffee was average, the milk I found a little too hot, that i can feel burnt taste. The most annoying thing, because the barista (/owner, maybe) didn't clean the froth nozzle to steam milk after use, that's why one of the factor might cause my coffee taste bad.

This is the best from the cheap KX breakfast. somehow they have been loading for over 10 years $6 for a simple speck and eggs, with better budgets and service as nearby cheap competitors. coffee is extra, but they do the coffee well. they can also sit on the street and watch who washes away from the shenanigans of the last night.
