Service is great and so is the food. A real highlight of our visit! Unfortuna... read more I am writing to share my disappointment regarding a recent visit to your establishment. We were a party of three, each enjoying a bite and a beverage. Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by repeated quality control issues. Two plates (used for cake and a starter) were chipped. An iced coffee mug had multiple chips on the rim. A cocktail glass had a crack running from the lip halfway down. When I brought the iced coffee mug to the manager's attention, I handed it to him and asked if he noticed anything wrong. To my surprise, he looked at me and told me just tell me. While he did replace my beverage, his handling of the situation seemed untrained and dismissive, as it continued to happen this left me feeling unheard. By the time I pointed out the final defective item—the cracked cocktail glass—our waiter appeared visibly downtrodden by the repeated sendbacks. Despite this, she remained professional throughout and did her best to assist us. Overall, I have never encountered such a lack of quality control in a dining experience. The repeated issues with chipped and cracked tableware suggest a significant oversight, and management’s handling of the situation did little to inspire confidence that these problems are taken seriously. I hope this feedback is helpful and that steps are taken to improve both quality control and customer service training for management.
