I've been here for a few years. this place makes the bases to a high standard, all the time, every time. In the latest insecure hospitality, it is nice to know that there are some dinge to which they can trust. Why can't every device sail a storm like these types? try the cooked breakfast with a pint guinness on the side, they will not regret it. View all feedback.

would have rated it at 0/5 if I had! 6 nationals play a role. Previous years, popped up in my white hot, had a lot of fun banners. this year. refused to serve me not only that, but had not even the mute to tell me my face. 1/2 hour at my table, and apparently they missed me, the only white hemd at the place. so rating is actually zero with a supplement of pathetic. unnecessary to say my last vist View all feedback.

It was great to sit on the bar and have a chat with the really friendly and welcoming manager on a drizzly Monday night. cracking pint of guinness and beautiful environment. also here to the breakfast, one of the best fry’s I have. everyone had!
We were in the opposite for a meal, but wanted some drinks before eating. shenanigans was the perfect fit. I had read the story of bar and found it fascinating that portsmouth had none of the many fake Irish bars that. to be everywhere! if there is a friendly bar with a good local trade and attentive staff willing to share a bit of sharpener that makes a good Irish bar, then that's her place! it is not very big, but we could get the last free table. it turned out to be a perfect place, as we could enjoy the atmosphere without being intrusive. drinks were very good with a good selection of gin for a small bar. my amstel was excellent. there was a certain amount of advertising that pushed a certain mark, but I could resist! as far as I could say, they only offered breakfast, but that was good from us, there are many excellent restaurants in the opposite and shenanigans offers a very welcome beverage outlet
My friends and I were looking forward to going back to shenanigans as it had been years since we had been in there and used to love the place. Unfortunately we will never be returning again. The bar staff were rude and aggressive not only...chasing my friends and I down the road but challenging a old man with a walking stick… the reason he asked why they turned the TV off on the last point of the last game of the US open final, any reasonable establishment would of let them and us watch the last point- obviously not the sports bar it used to be. This place used to well run with great food and friendly staff. Unfortunately now this is not true, what a shame.
