Mcdonald's - Portsmouth

Very slow had to leave because it took longer that 15 minutes

Believe the reviews. I waited 20 minutes for my food. All the while I heard the staff complaining that orders weren't going through. When I asked if my order went through, the the server walked away from me telling it was my fault, I must not have gotten my food in time (even if that's true, I have partial hearing and used the kiosk with table number specifically to avoid this kind of misunderstanding. My food did come, but it came out as a to-go order. The food was fine, standard McDonald's breakfast affair.

Seems like the problem is there are too many homeless people in Biden's America. And alot of them are fellow veterans. (Many have PTSD or other problems that are never dealt with because of the HORRIBLE VA SYSTEM! How about we HELP the homeless problem instead of COMPLAINING about it! Because 99% of the Karen's Kennys out there are too busy in their own little privileged, self-centered life (that veteran gave YEARS of his life so y'all can live like you do to give time to help. Quit complaining and start helping!

I am a Door dasher in the Portsmouth Chesapeake area . I would like to give a five star review to the guys working last night . Not only did you guys not have enough workers but y'all stayed swamped. Everytime I came to pick up a order both the drive thru and the take out was full . You guys steadily handled it and pushed that food out fast Everytime . I see how hard you guys work at that location.

This location is always always slammed. Being in a high volume area. I have never had a staff member to be mean or rude to me. The food is always fresh and good. No attitude issues. Uniforms are always clean. You can tell the store actually cares about their safety with the precautions they put in place. To be so so busy, they do an excellent job. The younger staff do their jobs and are not rude or ghetto or on their phones. No complaints about this location at all.
