Very good rooms, all very new, the only drawback is that it is at the end of the village, above all, that so much when you arrive and when you go out the next day you have to go all the town and when you arrive very tired you seem a world, but very close of the town square where there are all the shops and the red cross place where they are to attend to the pilgrims. highly recommended. What User doesn't like about Portomino:
Very clean place, very friendly employees. The very serious commissioner doesn't give the good days, even if you give them repeatedly. When asking for a room with views he told us that he had them, the back alley, with sorna, are not ways. A little education and courtesy are necessary when you face the public, seriousness and professionalism are not related to kindness. View all feedback.
The staff doesn't speak English and are VERY unfriendly and not helpful at all. The rooms are very small and is not close to what they advertise. We had a double booking and had someone to take over the room but the staff didn't want to assist in the matter. Very disappointed.
Location is good, close to everything. The lady who checked me in was very nice. My room and common place are very clean. The hotel is on a slope overlook the valley, my room was on first floor, I can view sunrise, so good to start a day with. Definitely recommended and go back next time.
Very surprised we book hotel and then we are checking in penzion, besides the hotel... The lady in reception she was not very sympathetic, even my daughter speaking Spanish language... Anyway the room in penzion was clean....
Llegamos lloviendo , habitación de dos camas y muy mal insonorizadas .Realmente básico para el precio que cobran ,correcto , al menos parecía limpio . La ubicación es buena y el pueblo tiene su encanto . La señora q te recibe no es muy simpática pero hace su trabajo correctamente , sin más . Nada que destacar , si no tienes más opciones como nos pasó a nosotros , tienes una cama donde dormir y un baño privado .
Estuvimos una noche en la etapa del Camino de Sarria a Portomarin, somos 4 amigos, en verdad íbamos un poco asustados porque el hotel no tenía buenas reseñas,pero de verdad la gente no sé lo que ve ni donde ha estado,no se asemejaba para nada a la realidad!! Las habitaciones son totalmente nuevas, camas súper confortables ,el baño una maravilla,en fin es un lujo haber estado alojados en este sitio,de verdad felicito a los propietarios, está súper bonito,cómodo, limpio, para descansar y la pena es no poder quedarse más días!! El desayuno muy completo para empezar bien el día!! Muchísimas gracias y por favor no hagan caso a la mitad de las reseñas,son pues mentiras !!
