Subway - Portland

I usually go to this Subway late at night. Sergio does a great job keeping this location running smoothly on shift. He listens well, makes great sandwiches, and keeps this store very clean. I definitely recommend this Subway location.

I was in there tonight and was very pleased with the service I received from a young lady named Mackenzie. She was very polite and patient with me as I had several requests on how I wanted my sandwich made, i.e. meat on the bottom and toasted only 17 seconds(yes I'm OCD). Thank you for not making it seem like a big deal when others have.

Nice deluxe Subway. They were quick and accurate. I'm just not impressed with Subway's food. The bread tends to be sub-standard (no pun intended) and a twelve inch fills me up like a six inch from other places.

I visited your restaurant for the first time this afternoon and was assisted by Aurora. After a tough day, it was refreshing to encounter such a cheerful employee. My family and I loved the delicious sandwiches she prepared for us. I will definitely be back. It's hard to find such excellent customer service these days!

It usually takes some time to get my food since we tend to go around lunchtime, but they always get my order right, which is a big plus for me. Plus, the smell in the restaurant is always incredible.
