Salvador Molly's - Portland

Let me start by saying I am really, really picky when it comes to dining out. It’s not that I’m a picky eater but I’m often disappointed because the quality of the food is not worth the money spent. Or food is overly salty, veggies and meat over cooked, or served cold. I guess you could say I have high expectations of restaurants! We went for my daughter’s 20th birthday. We ordered the Kailua pork, the Barbados steak, the curried shrimp, onion rings, and an order of cheesy balls. Everything thing we ordered was DELICIOUS! The place was packed but we had made reservations so our wait was short. The servers did a great job considering how busy it was. The caddy daddy margarita is excellent! I only wished that it was a bit larger (it was a small glass with lots of ice). This was the first place we’ve been for a special occasion where everyone in the family said they’d like to return.

Always great! Every time... it’s relaxed. The food is super fresh! Don’t be in a hurry

My gf recently became a vegetarian and I don't always check if there are things on the menu that she would like. We both loved the tofu sandwich (I had a bite). I ordered the street tacos (Yucatan chicken). For the app we had sweet potato fries. Both sauces are tasty, one was pretty spicy, the other was vinegar-y. I remember going to the location that was off SE Belmont in SE Portland (34th Ave).

Always a treat to dine at SM's. Service wonderful and very friendly!
