terrible customer service. he made our drinks mistaken several times and seemed to be very polite when we asked to correct it as if we were difficult to create enormous inconvenience for them. the owner is a nice and friendly guy, but if the load is left to the employee, the customer service goes down the hill. they are not worth drinks. Great customer service! Many types of flavor choices. Satisfied with my visit. Would recommend.
I used to come here a lot but recently they must have changed the stamp card policy. I used to be able to order anything and include add-ons to the drink without any extra charges when it’s the free one. The person told me it only covers the tea and doesn’t even include the slushy option. It was a bit frustrating to know so many other places like places are included with the free drinks without any extra charges.
The teas here are good, the staff is friendly, and even though the dining area may be a bit worn out, most customers don't linger once they've finished their teas.
