Red Lobster Tigard - Portland

This restaurant offers a cozy atmosphere and a wide selection of dishes, especially focusing on seafood. There are many options for preparing the seafood dishes, making it easy to find something you'll enjoy. The food is delicious, well-presented, and the service is friendly. The portion sizes are very generous, with some all-you-can-eat choices available, making it a great place to enjoy a large and tasty meal. I never have room for dessert because I'm always so full from the meal.

Good food and service. They took awhile to get us a table, but it was a holiday and busy.

I had an amazing experience with priority seating at this restaurant. The customer service was excellent.

They didn't have enough people working. Half the tables were open and the wait was 45 minutes. Luckily I had reserved our place in line. We were charged for a drink that we didn't get.

Although a time reservation was made, it still took 20 minutes to seat us. Service was slow because the staff was not able to keep up with the patrons. They were definitely unstaffed. Our server was very nice but again, overworked. We hadn’t been this Red Lobster for several years and I doubt if a return will happen. Improvement needs to happen
