Lovely place for some authentic Chinese food conveniently located in Nob Hill. Went there with wife and mother-in-law for Sunday lunch. Was really impressed by the food quality and reasonable price. The lunch menu comes with soup and side of rice. The dishes were all freshly prepared. We ordered the green beans, ma po tofu and sweet and sour pork and we finished everything! The kung pao chicken had all the ingredients and looked great while being served but it had no flavor that you expect with this entree. God I absolutely love Ling Garden. They have the classics you would expect of a Chinese restaurant and they make things RIGHT. Everytime you go you'll have something that fits your craving, and I find myself being pulled to my favorite dish everytime because it's so yummy. Absolutely love this restaurant, if you're in the mood for Chinese, no better place you can go in NW Portland!

I have been going to ling garden since the mid 90s! And Every Single Time the food comes out absolutely delicious, flavorful, and well cooked! The staff is extremely welcoming, and personable and as i live in the nw area, the location is very convenient. I always get the general tao's chicken, chicken lo mein, and the super delicious pot stickers, and the consistency is mind bending! Thank you so much for all the many years of deliciousness, looking forward to many more?.Matthew
