This is undoubtedly the best Middle Eastern food in Portland! The owner took the time to visit our table and provided outstanding service. What Valerie doesn't like about Al-amir Lebanese Portland Oregon:
Lamb shank and rice was excellent But the rest of the meal was lack luster. Restaurant is in an old building and has an unappetizing smell. They did take charges off the bill for an uneaten entree. View all feedback.
Lydia was amazing! Even though she wasn't our server, she came over to check on us periodically and chat with us. The staff were all so friendly. Highly recommend!
Great food, friendly staff, wonderful middle East dining experience, everything we were hoping for.
A terrific place to enjoy a great meal with friends and family. Bring your appetite. Everything is so delicious that you might find yourself going for seconds. When in doubt what to order...just put yourself in their hands...everything was terrific.
The food was delicious Wine was ok Staff seemed friendly Unfortunately even so we were the first guests and the host mentioned how slow it is they appeared to be in a rush. The Main dish was served while we were still eating the appetizer which crowded the table extremely. The bill was served when the dessert arrived.
The food was amazing and the staff was really hospitable.
