Recent staff additions and changes have transformed this location into a classic Tim Hortons. The employees are friendly, the service is excellent, and there’s usually no long wait. One employee at the drive-thru (I think her name was Heather, but I only caught a glimpse of her name tag) is especially personable and goes above and beyond to provide great customer service. I ordered two everything bagels with herb and garlic cream cheese, and I am absolutely disappointed! The bagels were burnt, and there wasn't nearly enough cream cheese to cover even a quarter of them! I live just five minutes away from the Porters Lake location and have visited many times before, but I’ve never received such poor quality food from there! You can be certain that I will never return! I would have complained and returned the bagels, but after being awake for 36 hours straight, I just didn't have the energy to do so.
The service here can be inconsistent depending on the time of day. However, late-night service is usually good, and they rarely make mistakes with my order.
I love Tim's, but my coffee order was incorrect. I received a double triple instead of a triple double, and it ended up being too sweet for my taste.
I absolutely love my Tim Hortons! At most places, my order gets messed up around 50% of the time (I do have a quirky order), but these guys get it right almost every time! The staff is friendly, and the location is perfect for me!
