We went to Portbou for the weekend and ate at Bar Andrés, for starters we ordered grilled prawns and langoustines and grilled squid, second seafood paella and grilled sea bass. Everything was exquisite!! The best rice I've ever had!! The attention of the owner and the waitresses is very correct. We will definitely be back!! Service: Dine in
