It's hard to find a really good Arby's these days. This is by far the best one I have been to in while. Food is slightly better than others I have been to recently. Staff was really welcoming, friendly, polite, and professional. Fast food staff that make you feel like they are happy you came in. This was also at the tail end of lunch rush. Impressive! What Janelle Miller doesn't like about Arby's:
It's pretty sad when you go to a fast food restaurant 40 minutes before closing and they can't serve you because they are out of roast beef. Way to serve the community and you want good reviews. Maybe you should be prepared to serve till closing and clean the dining room. View all feedback.
Fresh Hot Food! But Cashier was MIA when we got there. Staff all standing around talking in back. Tables Dirty. U GOT TIME TO LEAN U GOT TIME TO CLEAN!!!

The French Dip was really good. The roast beef was tender, the cheese complimented it well, the bread was so soft, and the au jus made it perfect. The crinkle fries were okay. They're not as good as I remember from years ago. I'm not a huge curly fry fan, so I like that I have this option though. The guy that took our order was great. The place was fairly clean. Overall, it was a decent experience.
Food and service was good, but the dining area could have been cleaner. Some tables may have been bussed, but there was old food on the floor and spills around the soda machine that needed attention. I realize that everyone is short staffed right now, so we bussed our table when we left, but we could not disinfect or stop to pick up scraps off the floor. The sandwich was very good, the fries and cheese sticks were excellent and the folks behind the counter were friendly and efficient. We will probably be back although we live 40 miles away.
OMG where do you hire these people. We stopped in cause we didn't know if we'd make it back to the Arby's where we were spending the night. Wanted the Cajion fish for both of us. We were told by a extremely rude young name that it's out of season for that type of fish. WHAT? Funny the Arby's in Westfield has it. was told that was not his problem. But we ordered something else. When it was brought to table it was rudely slid onto the table. Some girl in uniform came in and it got very loud and some what obnoxious. To much Tom Foolery going on. I have eaten at Arby's all over this country, and have to say this is the worst I have ever been to. Not an uncommon things these days. But if I owned a place like this , Id be so ashamed of the way my employees act. All I can say about the place positive was the restroom was clean. Oh and where is the Bell? Well I guess it is not needed here, would not have rang it. :
