Season's Family Restaurant

Went here for dinner upon our first night arriving in Portage for work. Large restaurant that needs a fair amount of work in the up-keep and decor department. Looks like they have had a bit of water damage in the front area, and are still seating guests there. The servers were all very friendly and attentive, and took my allergies into consideration. The menu is very large (which is not always a good thing). The layout and look of the restaurant reminds me of a legion. The food was just ok; something to fill our bellies. I likely will not go back, as I am sure we can find other options.

The liver and onions are so good. I will be going back for more. It was so tender. My usual is a stir fry but I wanted a change and I am so good I took the chance. Our waiter said that they sell a lot of it so that sold me.

Stopped in on our way home because it was that time! Friendly service and lots of room. They moved from the mall and are now near 20th St on Saskatchewan Ave. Easy to find location. We only wanted salads and I had the Greek and my husband had the BLT. We ordered the smaller portions, thankfully, for it was just enough. Would go again. They could get the upholstery cleaned, it would look fresher. Average to good for prairie town.

Great food and excellent service and the prices are reasonable. What more could you ask for? will certainly stop by again.

Roast beef supper is just great. Have had burgers and they are really good also. Fries are super. What else can I say, it's a great place to eat.
