McDonald's - Portage la Prairie

Past three times I've ordered food there has been a mistake (see photo for spicy chicken patty on what should have been a sausage mcgriddle wth? items missing (utensils and sauce and the fries rushed out and not crispy. Also, food has taken longer than other McDonald's to receive. Service has certainly taken a dive in the past few years so they should review their management. Haven't got food poisoning at least so two stars to be generous. Definitely will reduce my visits to this location.

Came inside McDonald’s for my food, ordered 4 McDoubles and watched a worker in the building station wearing no gloves. WIPING THE SWEAT OFF ITS FOREHEAD and proceeds to continue touching burger Pattie’s with bare hands. To top it off watched that same worker pick up a patty off of a bun and put it back in the tray where they leave them to cook. That is the most disgusting experience I have had at any restaurant/ fast food place. Don’t go to portage McDonald’s unless you want sweat infused burger patties. Shaking my head.

I had a large fruit smoothie and it tasted like frozen mush with a teaspoon of vinegar in it . Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

Drive through is slow! Like, you are 20 mins early for work so you figure your good to stop for a coffee and then 25 minutes later your still sitting in the drive through and haven't moved, SLOW! I'm going to start going to Timmy's as you shouldn't need 30 minutes to get a coffee! The scenario doesn't change if you go inside either!

Stopped by on our road trip, and it took 50 minutes to get our food... we got 2 orders of chicken nuggets, and after waiting 25 min in line then paying, then they parked us, and then another 25 mins until we got our food. The fried were hot, but the nuggets definitely were not fresh out of the fryer, so I 'm not sure why it took that long. A bit ridiculous since it 's supposed to be a fast food place and lately every one I go to is ridiculously slow. But this was by far the worst experience.
