I just called the restaurant and the woman who answered didn't seem to understand me. I'm not sure what she said. When my husband tried to call back, the line got disconnected. It's frustrating and they could definitely improve their customer service skills. View all feedback.
We have ordered from New Garden in the last 9 months and the Chinese food was consistently delicious. Recently we also began to get some of their sushi and it was also fantastic. The quality of their protein is excellent and all their recipes are authentic and perfectly prepared. Especially every dish is tasteful and consistent every time we order and the deliveries are always correct. Try the crispy crushed beef... It's excellent! My only complaint is that they stop ordering Seamless at 8:15 on some weekdays, although they are open til 10. Why?
I have been going there since they opened their sushi rolls are very good. The Chinese food is very good also As far as North Shore dining goes their prices are very fair and their portions are quite filling I am a big fan of this restaurant
The food here is great for the price (lunch menu $6-$12). There’s no other chinese restaurant nearby that can beat their hot n sour soup and sometimes i would order here because of it. The decor have a little bit of romantic vibe. If you’re broke and can’t bring your date to an expensive restaurant. Bring her or him here for dinner.
