Contribute FeedbackDespite mixed experiences, overall, the restaurant lacks consistency in both service and food quality. One visit led to a ruined birthday celebration due to miscommunications with the management. On the other hand, some guests were pleasantly surprised by impeccable service and delicious food, highlighting dishes like the Beef on Weck. The menu offers a variety of options for different preferences, although some felt limited. Despite the lackluster ambiance, friendly staff and tasty dishes contribute to a potentially enjoyable dining experience, making it worth a visit despite its shortcomings.
Last night had made the first visit to buffalo chophouse. the bark on wake is excellent and just as I remember it home. love all buffalo bills and.
Terrible service rudd owner/waitress long wait for lunch was good when we finally got it atmosphere is dark and unwilling it area needs cleaning
Absolutely horrible! as we advise the owner of the tweeper rings, tasted like fish and wanted to check because my grandmother is allergic and not in.
The owner is such a great person we have talked about a lot of things. so she led to create one of the best drinks she ever had. is shown a drink that she graciously named after me gabriel 's orange crushes it seriously tastes like orange soda and it packs a hit. make sure to show something dear and come through them and try it for themselves. they also have a happy hour every day from open to 18 o'clock. $4 dollar glass wine, $4 good drinks, $2.50 domestic beer and a dollar of craft beer. great atmosphere and waitress!
Went to dinner with friends. Food was okay, nothing exciting and very expensive, but service was awful. Returned a few days later with friends who had a reservation for 20 guests. Reservation had been made and confirmed but somehow they didn 't have the reservation. The owner finally put some tables together, made a big deal about giving us a private room and announced that she charges $200 for the room but was not charging us. How nice of her since we never asked for a private room! The owner waited on us with a continued bad, and I mean BAD attitude! It took over an hour to get drinks and then we needed to place our food orders. As this process took place our waitress/owner made uncalled for comments about our private conversations and advised one patron to say, please and thank you , if she wanted another glass of wine! We were 20 grown women who know how to ask for things politely! We do not need to be reprimanded! Again, the food was fine, albeit somewhat cold, but the service leaves a lot to be desired as does the atmosphere. The place is dark, dingy, and unkempt. The ladies room also has a strange odor. Not a place I will return to unless it gets new owners!
