Whit's Frozen Custard

My daughter went for ice cream late last night and did not come home with an item that was paid for. Since it was after hours by the time she came home, I sent an email. Much to my surprise, I was contacted immediately, via email, apologizing and offering to make sure my daughter gets the item our next visit. Amazing customer service!!! (A lost art these days) Thank you! The custard is amazing as well!!!

Whits' Frozen Custard in Port St Lucie is an absolute GEM!!:: Not only does it have the best ice cream in town, it has the most personable and friendliest staff members/ workers I have ever encountered in the sunshine state!! Especially kind is Summer!! She brings a beam of sunshine to work everyday we come in , she greets my son by his name every time we get your delicious soft serve or wonderful flavor special of the day. Carmen, Aubrey and Ally as well as the newest member Christian and sorry all others that work there for that matter are also very nice to us. My son Alex has autism, is 24 years old and loves their over the top attention they provide serving him. It is not only. the best ice cream in town but also the family like atmosphere that these wonderful staff members provide and what keeps us coming back. I flipping LOVE Whits! They have unbelievable ice cream . It's unline any ice cream I've ever had before. So creamy, so good! Every day there's different flavors. My favorite is the coconut cream pie, and the pumpkin pie plus the red velvet! The staff here is always pleasant and smiling. I just love this place. I can't buy normal store bought ice cream after having whits lol keep up the amazing work guys!!!

Just came from the store the worst milkshake ever I was so disappointed because their product is very good. When I complained the attendant did not seem to care about customer service just explained his process for making the shake,I purchased a scoop of ice to make it taste better, ended up tossing the whole thing. :

Just moved within walking distance from this custard shop. Upon entering with my family (and dog) we were greeted by the friendly staff. We told the nice young man at the counter it was our first time and he offered us samples, which we thoroughly enjoyed. We all enjoyed the custard thoroughly; it was the best I've ever had. They made a sundae for our dog as well topped with a milk bone. The beautiful outdoor seating is a very nice amenity. I feel fortunate this great place is so close to my new home and will return again and again. A+ for customer service, wish I had gotten the nice young man's name, he made our night.
