Dunkin' - Port Richey

After being a loyal customer for many years ordering 2+ iced coffee's daily I won't be back. New owners raised the prices, lowered the senior discount and refuse to give no ice or less ice. So much for customer service! They are all about greed. You can keep your coffee if that is how you treat us!

They don't toast the sourdough sandwiches apparently, haven't for over a year. #False Advertising.

If you're looking for your coffee done right with a smile and the most awesome service, this is the very best Dunkin' Donuts I have ever been to. My drinks are always made perfect. Almost every time here. The staff is so nice and caring. I literally drive out of my way just so that I can go there and have my perfectly make a cup of coffee. This is the best Duncan and they deserve a six star in my opinion. I love this Dunkin' Donuts location.

This location is the BEST Dunkin ever! The GM Kathy makes every customer who comes in feel appreciated, valued and important. Her work ethic and friendliness trickles down to her staff who are just amazing! I’ve been coming to this location almost every morning for the past 5 years and I’m sorry I didn’t rate them before. Kathy and her team make you feel like family! Love them!!! This Dunkin used to be the best!! But now, since the new owners and managers came aboard?? 0 stars!!! 0!!!Want to know why?
