Contribute FeedbackBrew Street Craft Kitchen offers a mixed experience, with some patrons praising the food and atmosphere, while others criticize the poor service and management. Despite tasty options like arancini and Asian stir fry, inconsistencies in reservation management, food quality, and service levels leave many customers dissatisfied. The restaurant's potential is overshadowed by issues with reservation coordination, kitchen staff professionalism, and menu consistency. While some enjoy the food and ambiance, others are left disappointed by the decline in overall quality and customer service. The establishment's future success may hinge on addressing these concerns to attract and retain patrons.
My friend made a reservation for my birthday for which was confirmed by the restaurant. When we showed up at we were told that they were doing repairs and that if we wanted to come back in an hour they would be open. There were no signs in the door indicating this and from what I observed, there were no emergent repairs being done nor were there any repair vehicles anywhere in the parking lotarea. It actually looked like they were setting up for a big party. When we mentioned that we had a confirmed reservation, the girl at the front shrugged her shoulders and just said, yeah, I don't know what happened. No apology or anything. Because it was pouring rain, we decided to wait outside under cover for the restaurant to open so that we could have something to eat before heading to the breweries. After about five minutes, some kid from the kitchen came out and told us that they weren't open and to come back in an hour if we wanted to. When we said that we would just wait, he told us that we would need to leave and come back. He then went inside and we could see him just laughing away. We decided to leave because we could tell that something was going on and that the likelihood of us getting anywhere with them, even if we waited, was slim to none. For such a good location, they were honestly just terrible. I hope that they go out of business and new owners take over and turn it into a place worth going to again
We had a reservation for which is when the restaurant opened. We waited until and the doors were still locked! Nobody would let us in! The service, consistency and quality of this restaurant has been on a downward slide for a while but now to not even open the doors yet accept a reservation is completely unacceptable for any establishment
The food is really good and I like the atmosphere. However, they had zero idea I even made a reservation on Open Table. Thankfully the restaurant was pretty quiet. The service is also quite poor, I have a feeling the staff turnover is very, very high. Seriously though, zero complaints about the food, we were all happy about that
We reserved at pm as the final Canucks hockey game was on that night.. we were seated with our friends and it took minutes before someone took our order . We didn’t know that the UFC fight was on.. while watching the Canucks game we had to ask them to put back on the Canucks games as they were changing most of the channels to the fight. I don’t blame the waitress as I think it was a lot of people in one area that were being looked after. Possibly there were not enough waitress on that night? It was an hour until we got our drinks. We had planned to stay but decided after our drink we would go somewhere else. We have always had a good experience at the Brew. But this time was horrible
Open Table should take this restaurant off the app. Worst experience ever. Apparently they are closing down soon and have just stopped trying to provide any level of service at all
