The food at this restaurant is exquisite, the service is welcoming, and the prices are fantastic.

The scenery was beautiful and the seafood was delicious.

Across our 4 days in Port, we have experienced some great food spots. Unfortunately this wasn't one of them!!It was very poor!I am sure they were missing a manager or someone providing direction this evening - the staff were literally all over the place. We saw meals and drinks coming and going to wrong tables, back to the kitchen, back to the bar.. staff were literally running (terrible waiting etiquette - you should never RUN to and from tables!!) The staff were all extremely young and there just seemed to be no one in charge! Admittedly, they were pleasant and trying to offer a decent service however it was obvious no one had a clue what they should be doing.The food was very average. My husband ordered oysters to no availability... no oysters at a seafood restaurant on a Saturday night!?Instead he got the prawns in prosciutto - he said they weren't very nice at all.For main he ordered the barramundi - again, he said it was terrible! He said he thought it was under cooked, the fish was watery. I ordered the pork ribs. They were ok. We would never go back nor recommend it. There are far too many other great places to eat in Port!

Went to this place in June and wrote a review titled "could not fault". I praised the food and the staff and said it was a must do.Went back some 2 months later and it was if we were in a totally difficult place. The staff were disorganised, twice asking about our meal, but got it all wrong....."how was your main?" when we had just finished entree. And "how were your sweets?" when we had just finished the mains.We also had to keep asking for service, whereas last time they were most attentive. As well, this time they were not as busy.As for the food, well I had the same 2 courses and they both went from a 10 to a 4. The steak was not tender, it was overcooked and it lacked flavour.So this begs the question, were we incredibly lucky the first time around, or incredibly unlucky the second time around?Not sure if we will find out because it will be a while before we decide to return.

Booked online - they had not checked the online bookings but found a table for us. Asked for glasses for our wine twice then told it was not BYO even though we walked in with a bottle (after checking the website). Told by the manager it was not BYO but not offered a wine list ! Then no one came back to take our wine order ! Gave up on wine and had to ask for water twice waited almost 90 minutes for food. Veggies cold. Understaffed, staff inexperienced and overpriced. People came after us and were served before us. After the entree (which we shared) - was asked to hold on to my cutlery for the next course !! Never again.
