We celebrated my mother's birthday with a party of 20 people, including 4 children. The staff handled our large group flawlessly, serving 20 delicious meals and a variety of desserts. Everyone at the table loved the food, including my picky kids. The staff was friendly and attentive, even the chef came out to greet us. When a spilled lemonade incident occurred, the staff quickly cleaned it up with a smile. While the decor could use an update, the outstanding service and delicious food more than made up for it. We will definitely be returning for our next special occasion.

We found the menu options to be great and the meals delicious. The chilli prawns were excellent and the level of heat perfectly...described by the waitress. We had one member of our party with dietary needs and it was a bit tricky to meet these so I wouldn’t necessarily recommend to others with complex dietary requirements. The pasta was perfect and sauces very fresh and authentic. The service was great especially as I think they were dealing with some staffing issues that night. I had brought a cake with a packet of 12 candles for my son and they added the additional 4 to make sure he had 16 and the whole restaurant sang happy birthday which was lovely (and equally as mortifying to a teenage boy). We will go here again it is a nice and old school Italian trattoria style experience.

They were honest about the timing, and ultimately, it was a classic case of underpromising and overdelivering! Our food arrived 17 minutes early and was absolutely delicious! The Veal Marsala is a must-try—get it in your mouth as soon as you can. The service was also excellent. If this place were in Sydney, we would definitely be regulars. If you're concerned about the negative reviews, just order the garlic bread to tide you over. This place is fantastic!
