Bayside Seafood - Port Lavaca

Came highly recommended by locals but I was very disappointed. First, it feels like a Chinese buffet that decided to serve fish also. The food we had wasn't very good and it was fairly pricey. Fish batter was more like a chicken batter. A coastal seafood restaurant and the only fried fish they have is catfish? Our waitress was great but that was about it.

Food is good but awful service. If you are approached by the old lady for taking order then you are doomed. We asked for water without ice, we got warm water from tap, she challenged us why we ordered without ice.

This is one of my favorite places to go when I visit this city. the choice of food is wonderful if I want to eat healthy and have a light meal, I suggest the combination of roast rice, its taste is unique. it is a court with zucchini, iron, red pfeffer, brokkoli, sliced pitch with their choice of garnel, huhn or bark meat. it's so delicious! but do not forget the question some eier roles as an appetizer...

The family stayed here on the way to houston and we really enjoyed the service and eating. our server was very friendly and friendly, but I didn't get his name. He made our visit so much better. he is definitely a advantage for this restaurant and I recommend this restaurant also for their delicious seafood. I am with photos from their menu to see all the food they serve. by the way, they are open for dine in.

I knew nothing about this place. We just rolled from way out of town for labor day and were in the mood for meeresfruit. we saw this place from the road and the reviews seemed not very promising however, my family experience here was quite good! eating was good and cheap. our server was really nice and very helpful. if we lived in this city, this would be one of our monthly, if not weekly stops for seafood.
