Living in other provinces, travelling to other countries for work, DQ has one of the best menu's and food for any fast food joint.Now that we have that out of the way.... Every DQ in NS sucks. Do not eat at DQ in NS. I've been to them all. Food is so fresh and delicious. On a road trip it is such an amazing place to find some good
The food is always good, but this Dairy Queen is SO SLOW. I’ve never once gone there and not waited a ridiculous amount of time. They need to hire more
Ordered a banana split. Waited 10 minutes for someone to come to window to pay and waited at least 10 minutes more for banana

All of them don't make your burgers fresh. 100% of every burger I've had from a DQ in NS, and I've tried many times at many times of the day, they will always sell you a precooked burger (chicken too) and then microwave it.That being said, this Port Hawkesbury location has taken the cake for bad service. Not because of friendliness, but just a complete inability to listen to what is being ordered and repeating it back correctly.I can recommend DQ only in other provinces and countries. At which point I rate those 5 stars.
We stopped in at Dairy Queen for sundaes. Service was fast and friendly. The sundaes were very good.
