What Ignacio Escribano doesn't like about Courtland Bakery Limited:
I have often met a friend for coffee at this bakery. Unfortunately, we stopped meeting there due to the amount of dust and uncleanliness in the customer area of the bakery. The windows, plants and stuff on the window sills are far from tidy or clean. Cobwebs, dust, dirt, dead flies.... I also must mention the amount of dust and dirt under the displays units which can easily be seen while sitting at any of the cafe ta... View all feedback.
The bakery at this establishment has a very traditional feel and offers a wide variety of fresh baked goods, including tarts, biscuits, and various pastries. They also have a fresh deli and don't forget to try their delicious coffee. The service is always friendly.
We recently visited Courtland Bakery to sample their freshly baked treats. They had a wide selection of freshly baked bread, cakes, cookies, and pastries. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure to follow safety precautions. We especially enjoyed the Cheese Crowns and Danish pastries. It's definitely worth a stop for some delicious baked goods.
They row after the freshly baked biscuits, baked, bread and tea, all absolutely delicious. a blueberry cream cheese danish, for that is to die!
We went to august 31 and the customer service was annoying. we assumed when we came by that it was a sweet, friendly, family bakery. but it will not take many steps in the bakery before one of the workers will pass on to them. after ordering and treating them as they are in the military boat camp. we are all grown up here, you can talk to me like a civilized human stroke. rant over, will never return.
My family has come here for many years when going up to visit my family in the Lake Erie area and have always loved their baked goods! Unfortunately, I’ve noticed the past few times we’ve gone everything has tasted like absolute **** with a side...of extra dry. On top of that when we went in recently the service was so rude; my aunt asked to know what doughnuts were available and the woman was very snarky, and told my aunt to just “look over there” at the board, but that would be tough for her as she has a visual impairment due to a chronic illness/disability. My mother was also getting the stink eye/major side eye from the woman checking us out, presumably because she was taking to long? I just found all the staff handling the front counter to be so rude and short tempered, so that as soon as we got out the door I vowed never to go back in there again. Bonus points for also getting our order wrong and the honey dip doughnut being so dry my little cousin started choking on it
