This chain is one of my fav hamburger joints. For some reason I like their burgers, so attend several stores. Not popular tho as most times few in attendance. Recommend for fast food or quick snack. View all feedback.
Was there today for lunch with some friends. Love root beer and my hamburger was just soooo good .We actually come here a lot at times just a drive through.
This Burger King is consistently slow and always screws up our order. I have no clue who is working in there but 5 out of 10 times our order has been screwed up. and that's saying a lot. The odd time they take a long time they will give us something free, but it still doesn't really make up for the unusually long time it takes to make a burger.

The order counter is long, and has the cash registers at the far end. The problem is, the cash area is about six feet from the large, round booth seat so there is no room for a proper lineup. Which there always is at a fast food joint. Once a line starts to form, they have to choose whether to curve the line toward the door, or toward the bathrooms. Toward the door is how the line always forms of course. But then they are lined up parallel to the counter, leaving nowhere for people to stand and wait for their food. Or even better, you sometimes get people lining up on both sides, resulting in total chaos. Whatever architect looked at this floor plan and said, "Yes, that looks about right," is a sociopath. The problem could be somewhat fixed by moving the cash registers to the opposite end of the counter. This would shorten the distance between the cash registers and the door, meaning that lines longer than about 7 or 8 people will be out the door. But then there would be somewhere for people waiting for their meal to stand, so as long as the cashiers are reasonably quick at taking orders, there should almost never be a lineup. The food is okay. It's Burger King, same as nearly every other Burger King in the world.
The restaurant is fairly clean, but it seems like the staff are frequently yelling in the kitchen. It's unclear why they need to shout orders at each other when the restaurant isn't busy.
