Fin Sushi Grill - Port Charlotte

Food, atmosphere, and pricing were all great! I ordered two rolls and they came out surprisingly fast and they were delicious. One of the best sushi restaurant experiences I’ve had.Food: 5/5

We spend a lot of money here weekly… this last month they have totally lost me… messed up and don’t even try to fix it… but under handed try and blame the customer… myself on an order that I order 2-3 X a week… for two years…damn shame how businesses are ran now… thx Judy for nothing!!

We usually get hibachi to go and it's always been amazing. Tonight we were celebrating my brother's birthday so ate in... Kelly our server was amazing! I have a new born and a busy body 4 yr old and she was so friendly and amazing with him. Joking and making sure he got a birthday hat to feel special too. Of he asked for something she just got it no aggravation with him. She was great with the adults too though;

We had never been here before so decided to try it with our kiddos who love Japanese food. The service was absolutely deplorable. We had to flag our server down to even place a drink order, then our drinks were forgotten. Any time we needed something we had to flag her down she never came and checked on us or if we needed anything and often we had to request items again as they were forgotten with no apology. The edamame was saucy which was very different and we would probably not order it that way again. Also the Tuna Tartare was hard to eat out of the cup as a group, so appetizers were so so due to minor things. The sushi was good, and they had lots of different rolls to try from. My husband got the combo platter, but instead of several different nigiri to try from it was only a few fish with duplicate rolls, which was not how our server described the dish. Our youngest got the Chicken Hibachi and he said it was absolutely delicious. Would have loved to go back and try some other rolls and appetizers, but will never stop again with such bad service.

The food is unbelievably delicious, shrimp, lobster, filet mignon, clear soup, seaweed salad, sushi is awesome. Our server he was great and trust me it was busy here.Food: 5/5
