Rollin' Tide Boil Co. - Port Aransas

First we had problems with the flood due to tropical depression in the Gulf. So we couldn't cook on the beach. We had it next to the Bob Hall Pier, and although I was disappointed by the situation Shawn more than for them. He delivered everything we could hope for with a few extras without a fee. He also gave the meal because of the weather that wasn't his fault! He cooked an excellent meal, offered perfect music and entertained the children. I highly recommend it. If you visit Port A or North Padre and do not give them a call you made a mistake.

Shawn and Jessica took care of us for the birthday of my husband Matti Gras Party!! The beach on the beach at Port A was perfect and so relaxing with the sound of the waves in the background and crisp of the Bonfire! The food was excellent and we would definitely recommend adding crab legs to your menu! They were amazing. The Smores finished the meal really perfect. From the beginning to the end, Shawn was perfectly attentive, but still gave us the room to enjoy our guests! I recommend Rolling Tide for a fun event and will be back in a heartbeat when the opportunity is given!!

You cannot book with Rollin’ Tide Boil Co. fast enough! I was looking for food while we were in Port A for spring break and totally happy to find them. I talked to Kassie on the phone and she was very professional and pleasant to treat. She answered all questions and explained their services in detail. I was sent a quote with all the options we had discussed before and called back immediately to set it up. We had the best time with them by far from everything we did in Port A. Shawn and Kassie had all set up and ready when we got there. Walking to chairs, Tiki torches, and a fire on the beach exclusively for you is worth a reminder. We didn't raise a finger unless it was to eat or drink, they took care of everything. Eating was ready within minutes of arrival and it was amazing, best cook in Port A time. We ate until we were filled! They also brought Smores and Key Limecake for Dessert, which were also amazing. Every dinner I eat from here, I'll imagine how much better it would be if I sat on a fire beach. It just won't compare. Shawn and Kassie are just good people and I'm so happy that we took a chance and booked our evening with them. Hafen Ein had not exactly had a great experience for us, but this made our entire trip worth. We will make more memories with our family and friends in the future. I can't say enough how much fun you have and how good they treat you. I do not support any kind of service unless I use it myself and had a good experience with it. Our last night of spring break with Rollin’ Tide Boil Co. is a memory that we will appreciate forever as a family. Thanks to Shawn and Kassie from the young family. We are so grateful for the experience.

Recently I visited a birthday party which was supervised by Rollin' Tide. The food was incredible! I liked how to cook on different levels for all flavors. You've been fun. Such a unique catering option! I would recommend it very much.

We tried Rollin’ Tide for our backyard party this last weekend and they were Fantastic! Great food, excellent service, very friendly, great set up, fully prepared, and music was On.Point.! We will definitely be keeping them in mind for future events!
