This location is fantastic!! The service is really good. The baristas were nice and prompt. They made me a pretty holiday drink that tasted delicious! I had the peppermint mocha frappucino With the extra chocolate on the top ? What Aqua Landry doesn't like about Starbucks:
Coffee pot was broken, no cream, no sugar and wanted to charge me for sweetcream with the Americano that I was severed. Very disappointed in this store and the Batista. View all feedback.

Worst Starbucks experience ever. I ordered a regular light blend coffee with cream and sugar and some egg bites. I stand there waiting for my coffee while everyone else in my group gets their way more complicated orders. The barista looks at me and says we have to brew more coffee. We ask how much longer has its already been a 15 minute wait for all our things and really need to leave. They stare at us and say we can refund you. I ask is there no other coffee already brewed. Well, they gave me very old coffee with heavy cream and no sugar. I took two sips and that was it.
This shop should not post opens at 5 am if no one is around. I could have headed a different direction or found another shop instead of waiting around 25 min. I have passed this shop 5 times since last review. I have had them twice say they are still closed. Twice no one was around. Only 1 time were they open on time. I have to pass at 5:15 to make it to work by 6:00. They should change this shop to bankers hours so we stop trying.
Diamanté the store manager assistant manager Miss jay Store employees miss treasure and Mr. Gabriel are the best hands down on caring for their customers I have never met such sweet people that care so much about their daily customers as these people. I lost my dad January 25, 2022 and they?ve been nothing but nice to me they?ve helped me through these trouble times they gave me their condolence they listen they pay attention they know my name at the intercom I know their name before I see them this is just a great store to work for and I appreciate everything they do I pray Starbucks sees this and give them a raise or whatever employee appreciation month because they need to be noticed hands-down this is the best location ever. The story on how I began to drink Starbucks my dad had a major heart attack September 25, 2021 and the next day he got out of surgery he asked me to get a cup of coffee ever since that day I go to Starbucks my dad had open heart surgery October 2, 2021 he lived for great months and passed January 25 due to Covid on my way to Starbucks I cried all the way there because my dad told me if you drink Starbucks every day you?re not broke LOL and when I got to the window my order was already taken care of they really do take care of their people I really appreciate y?all being here for me great store. 10 out of 10 highly recommend
