Omelette Cafe - Pooler
Omelette Cafe
Description
Omelette Cafe has become a culinary enigma, once celebrated for its hearty breakfasts but now marred by inconsistent quality and service. Recent reports highlight a decline in food standards, with complaints about watery gravy, undercooked grits, and lackluster omelettes lacking flavor. While some diners praise certain menu items, such as the crispy French fries and exceptional grits, cleanliness issues and unprofessional service leave a sour aftertaste. However, the restaurant still boasts a loyal customer base, drawn to its affordability and vibrant atmosphere. It remains a favorite for some, yet others ponder if it’s time to reconsider their dining options.

The dining experience at this restaurant was below par. We had to struggle to get the attention of a server to place our orders, and when the food did arrive, my hashbrowns were cold. I wanted them crispy, not frozen. As a visitor to the state, this restaurant left a negative impression on me.
Plenty of parking available at this restaurant located in a small shopping center. It is kid-friendly, as children enjoy dining here. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, with a ramp leading to the entrance.
This was our first time visiting and we found the food to be delicious. The customer service was excellent.
My uncles favorite breakfast spot. My first time here and I absolutely loved the food and service. Waitress was exceptionally friendly and had the best attitude! Food was awesome and I love the variety of menu options and the prices are reasonable.
