Domino's Pizza - Pooler

This Domino is underused, but the employees do their best to compensate. It takes them, but what else can they do? In recent months the food has taken a while, but the staff always make sure to wait and cook the order so that the only driver can get it to us while his hot and fresh. The pizza and pasta are always made perfect. All other pizza delivery places are badly made and cold. Thank you to all the staff, but they stick it and make sure that my food is treated with care!

Wish I could give it 0 stars. Waited over 2 hours for our pizza. Received the food and it's around room temperature. Tried calling the store multiple times and no answer. This was terrible! Never ordering from here again.

Only 2 employees(not their fault) but I placed an online order at 10:37 I didnt get a call from the store until 11:10 just to tell me that she only have one driver and that it would be about 3hrs before I would get my order(they close at 1am) then says would you just like to come to the store to get it? I say fine then she says ok it would be about 45 mins then I get to the store after 12 the she says I can’t find your order which means I probably gave the wrong order out and that she could remake it it’ll take 10mins then I go back online to find my order only to see that it had been canceled and then she was in the process of making someone’s pizza without any gloves. Yes touching dough and toppings. And the place was filthy. Needs better management and more workers. 2 stars because she said she refunded my first order if it hasn’t hit my card by 3pm I will change ratings and speak with Elizabeth’s manager

I ordered online in the app on my way home. The app tracks the progress of the pizza. It was exactly the time they estimated and they brought it out to my car all within about 20 minutes. Love this Domino's location. We frequent here and I have never had a bad experience when I order online and pick up!

I ordered a medium pizza for $25, and after 45 minutes, it arrived looking like it had been dropped or shaken during delivery. Unfortunately, it was cold when it got here. On a positive note, the delivery driver, Jeremy, was very friendly and apologized for the poor quality of the pizza, although he mentioned there was nothing he could do since we had already paid. Overall, it was a disappointing experience with the pizza.
