First Watch - Ponte Vedra Beach

Best experience at a First Watch - EVER! I usually only leave reviews when I have a negative experience, but I was blown away by the service. We truly felt welcomed from the moment we sat down. Samantha was so helpful and went above and beyond in every way. I usually order the same thing when I am back in Indiana, but her suggestions helped me discover some new favorites! She got us drinks to go before we even asked, just what I needed. The manager, I believe named Glen, also checked on us and made us feel like they really cared. I know they were busy, so the effort they made to give us personal service was so appreciated. You don't always get that at a chain. I look forward to coming to this location on all of my future visits, and will be requesting Samantha as my server!

Food was great as always. First time at this location. We had to wait at least 45 min for our food. Our waitress came over once to apologize for the delay. People came in and ate and left before we even got our food. Thus the bad review. We also had to go to the register in order for someone to print our check.

We have been to several breakfast places in the area but always come back for two main reasons. First, the food is absolutely delicious. Second, and main reason, is the service! We have always been more than satisfied when Sammy is our server. She is most accommodating and extremely pleasant. It has gotten to the point that we actually ask for her by name!!! Eat here all the time, for busy times as yourself to the wait list from home. Extremely good feature, you can show up at a 30 min wait and be seated almost immediately.

First of all, we had to drag our husbands there but I kept saying they changed their menu. The classic eggs Benedict was to have Canadian bacon on a toast muffin with real Hollandaise sauce on it. It was ham stack like lunch meat on a not toasted muffin then added tomatoes . My husband was not happy. The potatoes were too Spicey with spices and no other choice. The oatmeal with bananas, nuts and strawberries was good but how do you mess up that breakfast. The waitress was very nice and attentive . It was not crowded at 9:00 am. Plenty of parking too.
