Always enjoy stopping for a diet free cherry limeade, or breakfast burrito, a burger, or whatever strikes my fancy. I will sometimes use the app to order ahead, but I am not the biggest fan of it. It is slow, sometimes frustrating, because I have to start over sometimes twice before getting everything right. Came at nighttime to get ice cream . Ask to speak to the manager or who ever took my order mgmt or teammember gave me a micro aaggressive attitude made it seem like it was my fault that she didn't clearly understand my order. View all feedback.
My office places a large drink order at least once a week at this Sonic. Hands down the best service. Kayla, Edward and Kyle have waited on us and they are always friendly and willing to go the extra mile. We always receive the correct drink order. Well done South Sonic!!!

Ponca city Sonics are the best! Great employees and fast service! Love their attitudes!
The south 14th sonic has always had the best customer service and best prepared food in Ponca city, not sure why but in my opinion it is true.
I absolutely love my Sonic, great staff who is always kind and friendly. Definitely should stop in!
