Beautiful place in a pinery. Great facility with pools. Mixed feelings about luxury resort and relatively poor service in the restaurant. The restaurant is very modern and expensive, though not all the food worthy (think twice before you order steak, it is very expensive and is absolute disaster). The rooms are amazing. The bathrooms are fantastic. Nice and quiet place. Great for families with small kids. View all feedback.

They went to rest for their husband's birthday. The price of the room is UAH 8100, the room is nice and clean, there were not enough bottles in the bathroom, well, the little things, we always take them from home anyway. Prices in a restaurant are a separate topic, maybe it is not expensive for someone. The breakfast is good, the territory is big and beautiful. We didn't use the spa, but reading the reviews, I understand that we wouldn't have gotten there, because there was an appointment, and we were only there for one day. Everything was relatively good, they even thought of coming in the winter. BUT, when we went to check in, it turned out that there is a charge for coffee in the room! I paid UAH 150 for two capsules! are you serious??? With such a room price, does one capsule of coffee in your room cost UAH 75? And how can coffee be paid for in the room? I didn't even complain that in the room for 8100, there is not even bottled water... only in a carafe with a filter. How can a hotel of this level, with such prices, not be ashamed to take money for coffee in the room?? With this, they simply broke the bottom in the service!

The service is the absolute bottom, the restaurant prices are cosmic the service is the bottom, the service is the bottom, in order to have lunch or dinner, you need to make a reservation in advance, or for what they will bring to the room, 300 UAH. There are two small bottles of water in the room for 10k, but they only gave 300 hryvnias each. Wanted a late check out, we will tell you the answer only on the day of check out. With territory, pool and pool bar I do not recommend and have no desire to come again
This is not the first time in Verholy, but once again we are faced with disgusting service. You come to relax, but you feel like an unwelcome guest, unfortunately... Starting from the administrators, who were not taught to smile at guests, and ending with the waiters (this applies to service by the pool , who do not know the menu and cannot adequately advise on the menu, there is no service near the pool, i.e. If you order a dish, don’t wait for someone to come take away the empty dishes, you’ll have to do self-service. The waiters clearly have no work experience, it seems that people work for pennies and there is no motivation to work , but I would like to feel cared for for my money The hotel management clearly does not train the staff and is not interested in making vacationers feel welcome and want to return to the hotel. The food here is very tasty, we recommend the main restaurant. Delicious breakfasts! Gorgeous area, you can enjoy the beautiful views for hours! Were for the first time. We really enjoyed. I have read the negative reviews. Well, in general, the described is the place to be, but for me the situation is seen a little differently and I would like to note that it all depends on perception. As for the repair work yes, they are going on now, but I reacted with understanding, 100 times I encountered such inconveniences around the world: no one closes hotels, and does not reduce prices during this period, and I have never been warned that repairs are underway. So I was not surprised by the repair, it did not interfere too much. Breakfast: great variety. I don't know hotels where menus change every morning... I haven't seen them. The breakfast here is very good. My husband is allergic to chicken eggs and there is almost never an alternative in hotels. For example, in Europe, chain hotels have never agreed to bring quail eggs. There are even quail eggs on offer. Very varied breakfast options. From omelettes to tartars. Different cereals, vegetables cooked in different ways, all kinds of meat, fresh vegetables, casseroles, delicious desserts. In my opinion, breakfasts cater for all tastes and needs. In Europe, to get such a breakfast, you only need to go to a five star hotel, and even then not to every one. The price of the restaurant yes, the level of Kiev and there is not much choice .. delicious, but the portions are small. You can’t argue with criticism here. The restaurant is a minus of this hotel. But from 20:00 everything on the street is busy for three days in advance. With such popularity for loading, it is unlikely that the hotel management will listen to criticism) For cleaning for the first time in my travel experience, we were offered a change of bed every day. We even refused a couple of times. They changed all the towels, including street towels for a sun lounger, generously delivered all the bath accessories, even gave out toothbrushes several times not every 4 star hotel gives brushes at all .. here they also brought them every other day .. Coffee is paid in the room. Yes, it looks petty, but on the other hand, there are many places where it simply does not exist. There are no coffee machines, sometimes even no electric kettles this is again the same with Europe when comparing 4 and 5 star hotels. And water everywhere they gave 2 bottles of 0.5, and then pay. Here we ordered three liters a day, they brought us as much as we asked for free. This was very surprising and gratifying. It's the first time I meet this. In Ukraine, chic service is always, always generous. I love staying in our hotels! All in all, we'll be back. We liked!
