Ayurvedico Cafe - Pokhara

I was so pleased to find this place. They offer delicious and healthy vegan and vegetarian food. I had the raw hemp salad and felt instantly healthy. The food is prepared in an open kitchen so I felt comfortable eating raw salad, which isn’t always the case in Nepal. Updated from previous review on 2019-10-24

We popped into Ayurvedico a couple times for coffee and a piece of raw mango cake. The coffee was very good and the cake, which is served very chilled, was tasty a little like having an ice cream cake. The cafe has seating with lake views and is very open and airy. We didn’t try their savoury dishes, but they have some vegan friendly options.

It's good and this place is health conscious with regards to different plant milks, different grained breads, etc. It's open till 6pm but the menu is limited to more breakfast and light snacks vibes.

Nice little cafe with a good selection of vegan options. I tried the hummus which was served with sourdough bread. I also had the vegan mango cake. I really enjoyed the food but found the mango cake a bit pricey.

This is my favourite restaurant in phokara. The restaurant is nicely decorated with a lot of light. Servis is very helpful and kind. Food is always fresh and healthy. The cakes are really amazing! Only thing that I would change is price for plant milk.
