Smashburger - Plymouth

First time here! Pretty good burgers, fried were a little cold, but very tasty! This place had to do something clean. The drinking station was NASTY and the tables were not so clean. There were only two people when I was there. Still good food!

We had Smashbirher years ago and I was not impressed. Today is a whole new story. The burger was great and NOT GROSS. The Pommes alone were an adventure of taste for my mouth. Again.

I had a delicious truffle chicken sandwich with mushrooms and sweet potatoes. Advice: Order online in advance and get it yourself to save money. They are short and many restaurants are on the same question.

I love Smashburger and was sad when the location of Chanhassen was closed. The food was good in Plymouth, but the women's bath looked like it hadn't been cleaned for months.

If I could judge 0 stars, I would. Worst customer service on the planet for this particular location. Only two people work and they went in the back and hid. Several people wait in the line to order food. All the people waiting in the line were not service. You tried to say hello and nobody came. A person even opened the door to the kitchen and cried? Hello and nobody came out. Cook went through her order window and made eye contact with the last customer stand and went away. Luckily, we ordered our food before it happened, but we've experienced this whole thing. Bathrooms were disgusting and so the building was generally. Very unacceptable and disappointing experience. I recommend this place.
