Have gone to this Dunkin' about 5 days a week for over a year and they do a great job. In something like ~300 visits, I don't think my order has ever been screwed up.Have found that ordering through the app and picking up inside is the best option, as the drive-thru line can get very busy during peak hours. Lazy employees, are not worth your time coming here. Their coffee is basically milk. I asked to buy an extra shot for this milk of coffee I got. I got a latte and instead got a cup of 2% milk. Bad customer service. View all feedback.
The manager is rude, and half the staff don't understand what is going on.

Cashier was not friendly, rushed me, was not welcoming at all.Donuts lasted one day, then were rock hard.Better Donuts at Holiday or Hyvee.
