Cold Stone Creamery - Plymouth

I just wanted to go to my birthday, while I recovered from the operation, an ice-cream. what we got from cold stone 5 hours later than the agreed pick-up time was a melted boil chocolate moss, missing 2 of the 3 mischins, no frosting, no name on the cake, the happy birthday seemed to be written by a 5 year old, and the whole thing fell apart from the first attempt to cut it. this was around 7 o'clock when it was too late to come with a plan b (after a week in advance order for a 11 o'clock pickup time). many thanks to cold stone for the support to ensure that I had no birthday cake at all after I mean man sent twice to leave our plans to drive the city to get a cake that wasn't even ready near. so disappointed. they also left the frost (who does this?! and forget to add the name.

I love Cold Stone but this location just isn't it. I've been many times to the location in Boston usually a one men show and still Way better service. The staff is slightly rude and seem to be unaware of what to do. They were asking each other what to do especially after I told them I have an allergy. I'm not sick yet so crossing fingers. The space is also dirty tripped over the mat at the register to only uncover water residue and water napkins that might have gotten caught. Might ice cream was decent but I couldn't eat it with an open mind however the shopping center where they located is cute.

I have been here a few times and it's really a hit or miss. Usually, it's a miss. Lately the ice cream is nearly melted and they still serve it to you. After 5 minutes, my ice cream is mostly soup and is no longer enjoyable. I personally don't like melted ice cream so when it's like this, it's super frustrating. I should have asked why it was melted and if all their ice cream was this way, but my anxiety took over and i just left it. I had asked for extra chocolate chips, and they gave me extra caramel instead barely any chocolate chips. I took the ice cream, ate a few bites and just threw it away. Just a hit or miss.

Ordered $45 in ice cream. Didn’t receive a waffle bowl that I had to pay extra for, the kids ice cream was insanely small and the cup was basically empty. Both Peanut butter cup perfections had literally 0 peanut butter cups in it. One total pecan in entire ice cream that had pecans in it. The man making the ice cream literally was miserable and took forever to make them all. No straw in the bag for milk shake, and 2 spoons for 4 ice creams.

Was really craving some cold stone ice cream and looked on the website and it said it closed at 10pm. Imagine my surprise when I walked up to the door and it wouldn’t open!! It was 9 O’clock a whole hour before the said closed timed, if your gonna be closed at least update your website. Very disappointed.
